Shipping & delivery policy
We deliver your orders to all governorates of Jordan within 1—3 business days. Delivery is free on orders over 10 JOD, with a small fee below that. We contact you before the courier arrives to confirm the time.
Returns & exchange policy
Your satisfaction matters to us. If a product arrives damaged or does not match your order, contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we'll exchange it or refund its value hassle-free. Food products must be sealed and unopened.
Payment policy
We rely on cash on delivery for all orders within Jordan, so you only pay once your order reaches you. All prices are in Jordanian dinars and inclusive.
Privacy policy
We respect your privacy. Your data (name, address and phone number) is used only to fulfil your order and to contact you, and is never shared with any third party for marketing purposes.
